About Performance Associates
Performance Associates mission is to help business owners and managers attract qualified prospects to their business and convert those prospects into lifelong clients in a way that creates wealth and happiness.
Success depends on embracing three critical values. Integrity in quality of products and services offered to clients. Balance between the share of company profits taken out to satisfy pesonal needs today and the share of profits retained to meet the business needs for future growth and development. Balance also in the owner's personal life between the amount of time and attention devoted to business activities and the amount devoted to family, community, personal growth, and relaxation. And finally Trust, as shown by how clients, employees, vendors, and others are treated with mutual respect and confidence.
Performance Associates offers business consultative services, advisory services, and publication products to help its clients apply these values in practical and productive ways to their business. An unusual and timely book--The Wealthy Shepherd: A Story about Using Intregity, Balance, and Trust to Succeed in Business--tells in fascinating and meaningful allegory how business owners and managers can use integrity, balance, and trust to gain both business wealth and personal happiness.
